This template allows you to produce programmatic blog posts following the “[Persona1] vs [Persona2] – what’s the difference?” keyword pattern.

Use instructions:

  1. Make a copy of the file to your Google Drive.
  2. Fill in all the personas you want to produce posts for in the first column of the “NEWpersonadatabase” database:

  3. Add content about each persona in the respective rows – following the instructions in the columns.
  4. The content you add needs to be in HTML! You can use your CMS’s (WordPress) visual editor to write the content, and then just copy the content in HTML from the “Code editor”.
  5. After adding all the content on your different tool to the database, go to the template itself (the “[Persona1] vs [Persona2] – what’s the difference?” tab)
  6. Fill in the personas you will be producing posts about in columns D & E (! The personas have to match the ones you filled in in the NEWpersonadatabase!)

  7. Your template should have prepopulated with data now. Now, download the template file as CSV: download the template as CSV
  8. Upload the CSV file to your WordPress using the Import WP orWP Import Export plugin.
  9. Map the metacolumns (slug, author, metadescription etc.) to the respective metacolumns in the plugin, and the “Content Output Column” (column “CX”) into the “body” of the post:
  10. Select in the plugin settings whether you want to publish the post live or leave them in drafts. Proceed with the upload according to the plugin wizard instructions.
